3 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Grilling Baste:
Melt Butter in sauce pan at Medium Heat.
Add Brown Sugar and Soy Sauce and stir continuously until sugar dissolved and baste starts to bubble.

Prepare / Heat grill or charcoal for quick sear.
Place tenderloins on grill to sear
Turn and brush on the brown sugar baste.
Continue turning frequently, brushing with baste until desired doneness.

You may have seen this before, since I believe it is quite common.  A VERY SIMPLE recipe that is perfect for grilling up fresh tenderloins the night you put your deer in the garage to hang.  It's also good for Back strap whole sections. Pictures from last Saturday are attached to water mouths... ;}
